Christmas Parade

Every year our little town has a Christmas parade, its short and sweet and we love to go. We have cocoa while we stand in the cold and watch the parade. Then go on a ride to look at Christmas lights, followed up by chillie…mmmm!

No snow as of yet to stick around but the floats and lights are pretty.

Don’t forget santa, not a great pic…he moves to fast, lol

And the “Abate” motorcycle club always give toys to the children watching the parade….Nathan is such a ham he received 3toys.

Happy Scrappy Spring BOM 2013

Here is my, April’s row from The Painted Quilt , Happy Scrappy Spring BOM. I used a dark blue embroidery floss #823 instead of the red instructed, as it fits in with our household colors and i have all boys, who majority seem to like blues.

Finished!

Well I finally finished the 4th book in the Twilight Sage this weekend, whew! BUT very worth it. If you are into the occasional vampire and werewolf book, a very touching romance and at least one excellent theme of action if each book, this series is for you!
