Thangle's/Autumn Star

Good morning everyone!! I went to a class last night and learn how to use "thangles" a very neat invention. The only drawback, like paper peicing, you have to go through and tear out the paper, uugh, BUT, my HST's sure look really nice! LOL!

As you can see, I'm using a holiday theme. This are what the individual blocks look like, I got one of each of my four colors done. Below the picture gives you an idea what each square could look like, there will be four, making a nice sized wallhanging. Just like a log cabin there are many variations. I will post my final decision when done.

I have all my HST done, and pressed, now tonight I will finish taking out all the thangle paper's.

Finished!

Well I finally finished the 4th book in the Twilight Sage this weekend, whew! BUT very worth it. If you are into the occasional vampire and werewolf book, a very touching romance and at least one excellent theme of action if each book, this series is for you!

And I give it a 5star rating!! “In the Company of Vampires” took a little different twist than the usual Dark Ones novels, everyone was one the level about who and what they were, no real learning curve required in this book, which is kind of nice sometimes. Breaks things up, not as repetative as many series tend to be for those who just start with this book, and none of the before explaining things. But don’t worry newbies the main dark one, Ben, did briefly explain “beloved” rules so you wont be completely lost. My favorite thing in this book, other than the love ofcourse,  is the three viking ghost, they...
